Thank you for shopping at GlowFlashCo (operated by Đặng Ái Nhi). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Summary at a Glance

  • Standard Flat Shipping Rate: $4.95 per order for eligible destinations.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • United States Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch (~6–11 business days total).

  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

1. Order Processing & Tracking Orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days. Once your package is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking scans to appear online.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes For cross-border shipments, any customs duties, import tariffs, or VAT charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our $4.95 shipping fee.

3. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at gateways@glowflashco.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check around entryways and with local delivery couriers before contacting our support team.
